Health Intelligence & Education

Understand your health.

Clear information. Scientific evidence. More informed decisions.

MERHI ONE is an independent, evidence-based health education company. We turn complex research into practical understanding—without hype, fear, or one-size-fits-all claims.

Our editorial principleEvidence before hype. Understanding before action.

A clear path through the health questions that matter after 40.

Each field begins with free education and can grow into guides, tools, courses, and specialized learning experiences.

Questions people actually ask. Answers based on what the science actually shows.

All 100 practical questions now have reviewed answers. This selection opens full evidence articles; the complete Questions page connects 54 full articles with 46 concise evidence briefs.

We rate evidence for a specific claim—not an ingredient in the abstract.

‘Magnesium has strong evidence’ is not a scientifically useful statement. The right question is whether magnesium, for a defined indication and population, is supported by strong, moderate, limited, insufficient, or negative evidence.

The unit of evaluationIntervention or marker → specific indication → population → outcome → evidence level

Strong evidence

Consistent, high-confidence support for the defined claim.

Moderate evidence

Meaningful support with relevant remaining uncertainty.

Limited evidence

Suggestive findings, but important limitations remain.

Insufficient evidence

The available research cannot support a reliable conclusion.

Benefit not demonstrated

Adequate evidence has not shown the claimed benefit.

Potential for harm

Evidence or safety signals indicate clinically relevant risk.

A scientific library—not a feed of random posts.

Content is organized by enduring questions and updated as evidence changes. Relevant pages show publication and review dates, authorship, medical review, verifiable references, limitations, and an evidence rating when appropriate.

What earns priority in our references

  1. Clinical practice guidelines
  2. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses
  3. Randomized controlled trials
  4. Government and official sources
  5. Observational studies when they answer the right question

In development

Working name. Educational content; it does not interpret an individual case or replace professional care.

One international scientific core. Two native market experiences.

We do not redo the science for each country. We maintain one governed evidence core, then localize language, units, guidelines, legal context, examples, copy, and offers for the United States and Brazil.

A brand built to grow beyond one person.

MERHI ONE is an independent health education brand developing content, guides, tools, and learning experiences. MERHI ONE TECNOLOGIA E EDUCAÇÃO LTDA. is the planned Brazilian company name; legal seller details will be published before any sale. The structure is designed to welcome physicians, dietitians, researchers, scientific reviewers, editors, and international contributors over time.
