Signup data includes email; first name, editorial interests, and phone only when provided; communication choices; signup source; and consent date/version. Contact data includes name, email, country, subject, message, and consent. Consent-based analytics may include a pseudonymous identifier, landing page, last content viewed, event, device, campaign, and approximate location. Future transaction records may include product, checkout/order identifier, amount, currency, coupon, confirmed purchase, known abandonment, and refund. MERHI ONE will not store full card numbers. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics database and do not request diagnoses or health histories.
Purposes
To deliver selected newsletters and alerts; answer and manage contact messages; maintain preferences and opt-outs; measure editorial performance and the path from content to purchase; process and reconcile future transactions; protect forms from abuse; respond to privacy requests; and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases and choices
Communications and nonessential analytics rely on consent. You may decline or withdraw consent without losing access to articles. Order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records may be processed as necessary to perform a transaction and comply with law, separately from optional analytics.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, database, measurement, email-delivery, and future payment-processing providers may process information only to perform contracted services. Active and planned vendors are identified on the Service Providers & Data Processing page. Cross-border processing will use applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain subscription data while the subscription is active and as needed to document consent and honor opt-outs. Pseudonymous analytics events are retained for a limited period and reviewed periodically. Legal obligations may require additional retention.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, consent withdrawal, and preference changes. Commercial email will also include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
