1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to merhione.com, newsletters, free educational content, and future MERHI ONE digital products. A purchase will require affirmative acceptance of the terms presented at checkout.

Browsing public content does not create a physician–patient, advisory, fiduciary, or employment relationship.

2. Merchant identity before any sale

MERHI ONE has not yet enabled paid checkout. Before the first sale, the checkout and these terms will disclose the legal seller, registration or tax number, physical and electronic address, payment processor, support channel, total price, currency, taxes, delivery terms, and applicable cancellation rights.

Transparency

No paid order should be accepted while the merchant-identification block is incomplete.

3. Product, price, and order

  • The product page will describe format, language, compatibility, included updates, access duration, price, currency, taxes, and any material limitations.
  • The customer must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep access credentials secure.
  • An order is complete only after verified payment confirmation. An automated acknowledgment is not, by itself, proof of payment.
  • We may refuse or cancel suspected fraud, duplicate orders, pricing errors, sanctions conflicts, or unlawful use; any captured amount must be returned as required by law.

4. Permitted use

Public content and purchased materials may be used only for lawful, personal educational purposes unless a separate institutional license is granted.

  • Do not copy, resell, publish, share access credentials, scrape at scale, remove notices, impersonate MERHI ONE, or use the materials to provide unauthorized medical care.
  • Normal linking, lawful quotation, criticism, research, and other nonwaivable rights remain preserved.

5. Health information and results

Content is general education, not individualized medical advice. Learning outcomes vary and no clinical, financial, academic, or commercial result is guaranteed. Health claims are governed by the Medical Disclaimer and Evidence Policy.

6. Consumer rights, changes, and disputes

Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these terms. Material terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively. We may update site-use terms prospectively and will publish the revision date.

Before a launch in a new market, governing-law, venue, tax, and dispute language will be reviewed for that market. Nothing here forces arbitration or removes a legally available consumer forum.
