1. Seven-day MERHI ONE standard

For one-time digital products purchased directly from MERHI ONE, we plan to offer a seven-calendar-day request window beginning on the purchase date. For Brazilian consumers, this also reflects the statutory distance-purchase withdrawal period. For other markets, it is a contractual MERHI ONE promise unless a longer mandatory right applies.

Transparency

U.S. federal law does not create a universal three-day cancellation right for ordinary online digital purchases. State and other mandatory rights remain preserved.

2. How to request

  • Use the Contact page with the purchase email, order reference, product, and request type.
  • Do not send card numbers, passwords, medical records, or test results.
  • We will acknowledge the request and, when eligible, instruct the payment provider to return the amount to the original method.

3. Access, defects, and duplicate charges

After an approved full refund, licensed access may be revoked. A defective file, materially incorrect description, unavailable promised access, or duplicate charge will be corrected, replaced, or refunded according to applicable law, even when a separate right extends beyond seven days.

4. Processing time

MERHI ONE will submit an approved refund promptly. The date funds appear depends on the payment processor and financial institution; the checkout policy will state the expected range before launch.

5. Subscriptions and exceptions

No recurring membership is currently sold. Before any subscription launches, this policy will define renewal notice, cancellation timing, billing cycles, access after cancellation, and market-specific rights. No exception will limit a nonwaivable legal remedy.
